Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Rust Engineer with a strong startup mentality to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and deploying our layer1 chain. Key Responsibilities: Design & Development: Architect and develop high-performance, scalable backend services using Rust. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our systems are robust, secure, and efficient. Product Building: Lead the development of our cloud backend products, working closely with the founding team to turn ideas into reality. Your experience in building products from the ground up will be vital as we develop our technology stack. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, rust engineers, and product managers, to deliver a seamless user experience. Mentorship & Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, helping to shape the culture and future of our engineering team. Innovation: Continuously explore new technologies and methodologies to ensure our backend remains at the cutting edge of the industry.

What We're Looking For: Extensive Rust Experience: You have a deep understanding of Rust and its ecosystem, with a proven track record of building and deploying production-quality code. Startup Mentality: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable with ambiguity. You're a self-starter who takes ownership and is driven by the challenge of building something new. Product Development: You have significant experience in building products from the ground up, with a deep understanding of the full product lifecycle from conception to deployment.
