Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Rust Engineer to join our team and focus on developing the IM section of our Web3 ecosystem app using the Signal protocol. You will also contribute to the development of SDKs required to support future integrations for transactions and smart contract mini-programs. This role is crucial for shaping the technical foundation of our platform and ensuring seamless interoperability with future features.

Responsibilities:
IM Protocol Development: Work on the development and optimization of the messaging infrastructure using the Signal protocol for secure, decentralized communication within the app.

SDK Development: Design and implement SDKs to facilitate future integrations for transaction handling and smart contract mini-programs within the ecosystem.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and frontend developers, to ensure that the app’s backend infrastructure meets the evolving needs of the platform.

Security and Performance: Ensure the robustness, security, and performance of the IM section, especially with regard to encryption and data privacy.

Requirements:
3+ years of Rust programming experience with a strong understanding of its ecosystem and best practices.

Experience working with Signal protocol or similar secure messaging protocols.

Strong knowledge of cryptographic protocols and algorithms, with a focus on security and privacy.

Familiarity with building SDKs and modular systems that can integrate with various app components.

Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international, cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with IM-based ecosystems or decentralized communication protocols.
